For me fear and anxiety go together ..when anxiety occupies ur mind fear automatically comes..being a mother of 2 toddlers I experience fear accompanied by anxiety on a regular basis..for me courage are positive thoughts which will overshadow the fear and anxiety

I feel gratitude is somethings each one of us has to have it in us to make this world a better place, not saying that this world isnt one already ❤ its just that we dont tend to view it that way anymore and we collectively have to change our lenses to view it through gratitude to understand that there's not onlu love and compassion in being grateful but also acknowledgement of what others do or think for us ❤.

It depends on the situation and the person for me. But most of the time I forgive because holding grudge only results into overthinking and damaging one's one health.

Totally agree with what you said Radha. We should forgive for our mental peace and not for the other person's sake. Forgive but always remember the lesson.

Its easy to say forgive whoever has done you wrong but I don't think its possible. You can forgive your neighbor or some vendor but how to forgive someone who is close to you and who hurts you intentionally. So I think it doesn't apply to all. I sometimes forgive but I don't forget

Forgiving is not possible everything...but yes, sometimes when I have given my piece of mind to that wrongdoer, I do feel at peace...and then I forget.

Patience for me means being calm and present in the moment 😌 this I learn after going through lots of impatient episodes 🙃 like one I was waiting for my school bus to arrive and I had an exam and we reached the exam hall late by 5-10mins that day only to realise that the driver uncle had to face a flat tire and the helper guy was sick so the uncle only had to change the tire by himself and even though it wasn't really uncle's fault he smiled and apologized and drove as fast as he could. Having realized that it's hard to get things done alone yet not losing patience and temper made me realise you don't have to give into anger to get things done. Really grateful to my driver uncles I've had to this day ❤ I don't think without them I would have been safe and reached places on time and calmly ❤❤❤

I totally agree with you about gratitude. From my childhood in our school there was this gratitude diary we used to right daily. But like i went to colg i forgot everything but i used to say thanks to everyone in my daily life. It gives us mental satisfaction❤.

Expressing gratitude directly to people who have made a difference, no matter how small, reinforces positive connections. Lastly, practicing mindfulness and being present in the moment can enhance ones awareness and appreciation of the good around you.

For me as an artist, patience is the ability to persist through the slow and meticulous process of creation, allowing ideas to develop fully and techniques to refine over time. Impatience, however, can lead to rushed work, potentially compromising the quality and depth of artistic expression. Thus, clearly leading to 😊 or unhappiness!!!
